2/14/2023 I got a Valentine animal-gram to send over to my girlfriend's work to surprise her! I got her a surprise visit from Kuzco the llama that delivered a bouquet of roses and chocolate! Timing was perfect and the photos and videos were just amazing! Her reaction was priceless! Thank you so much for an amazing experience! -Abbey

8/15/2022 Perfect addition to any event, whether it be for kid's bday's, school activities, corporate events, etc. I highly recommend them. Such a great entertaining and educational way to bring joy to anyone for any occasion. Love the diff variety of barn yard animals, and the ponies are esp a great addition as well. -Joselyn

7/23/2022 I can't say enough good stuff about this company! The owner Terry is the sweetest women, and the attendant Auggie was amazing! He was the most polite, kind and patient young man ever. They drove the animals all the way to Santa Rosa to accommodate our event and did such a great job with everything from start to finish. We will absolutely be using them for all our big events and you should too!! -Christy

6/11/2022 Terry and Olivia were phenomenal at our wedding! The animals were a true highlight. They were the ones who greeted our guests, and our guests just loved them. We want to give a huge shoutout to Olivia, because she was so capable, cheerful, knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming. We so appreciate her, and are also impressed with her resourcefulness. John's favorite were the mini pigs and mine were the bunnies. We also loved Kuzco the llama, who kindly put up with all the petting. 5/8/2022 5+ Star review due to how amazing Terry and her team made our last minute party come true. Read more to find out. Contacted Terry 2 weeks before Mother's Day and asked for a last min zoo and pony. Our mother is in hospice and we wanted to do something special. Not only did she accommodate us and make a way, but she totally surpassed our expectations. Cute, fluffy, friendly, to say the least. Truly felt loved and catered to from e-mail to day of. Our handler JC was a great addition to the party as well as professional and did his job very well. Set up and clean up was quick and thorough and the animals are very clean and loved so they are so fun to hang out with! Thankful to Terry and JC for this memory they made happen. -Raena

9/13/2021 I asked for a petting zoo and pony and it did not disappoint! Caretaker arrived early and set up nicely. Animals were great and caretaker was very nice and accommodating. One of the chickens even laid an egg! The children loved it. I would highly recommend! -Sheeva

7/21/2019 Sugar, the unicorn, delighted all of the guests, adults and kids alike. The unicorn handler was so kind and effective, keeping everything moving. The petting zoo was much more amazing than we could've expected. The friendly goats, the pot-bellied piglet, the ducks and rabbits were delightful. The special treat was the egg that one of the chickens laid. They managed to do all of this in our small San Francisco backyard. -Steven

June 21, 2011 QUESTION: Has anybody sent their young child (or older children) to this camp? I'd love any feedback if so, since I'm thinking of sending my 3, 7 and 8 year olds there this summer for one-two weeks. Thanks. (ABBREVIATED) RESPONSES: ...the owner, terry tenzing, was there the week my kids went. she is absolutely amazing with the children and has tons of experience with all types of kids including developmentally challenged children. it is a great experience to have that kind of interaction with the animals, and gives the kids a great sense of accomplishment and pride as they are given a lot of responsibility. we are big fans! ------- It is an awesome camp, I sent my 5 year old for a week and she LOVED, still wants to go back! They are really kind, fun things for the kids to do. The drive isn't even a big deal, I carpooled with another mom a couple of days and that helped too. --------- My 4 year old went last week for two days and loved it!!! The children were able to play with the bunnies and ducks as well as collect the eggs which my daughter especially thought was cool. They only really ride the ponies for a short time however. The "farmers" were great with the kids. We will be sending our daughter again this summer for a couple days. ---------- I sent my 3-year old there during the first week this year. It is a wonderful and special place. The camp director is great with all ages of kids, as are the counselors. It is a perfect place for kids to get a real taste of farm life. -------- My daughter was one of the lucky kids that went a few weeks ago on the BMC offer. It was the week directly after nursery school was out for her. She is 5. I cannot say enough fabulous things about Terry Tenzing & pony camp.... m j

May 28, 2008 Dear Werner, Hello, my name is Lisa P., and Terry of Friendly Pony Parties ask that I write you as a reference. My daughter, Bella, who is now 6, has gone to pony camp the last 2 summers, as well as some camps during holiday breaks. My son, who will be 3 in September, has gotten to spend time with me at camp, and will get to be a camper for the first time this year! Clearly, we love Terry's camps. The ponies and other animals are gentle and sweet, and the volunteers are great. The overall focus is on building the children's confidence. The activities are so fun for the kids, and the time is paced with breaks for quiet activities or snacks so the day is not overwhelming. Hi Terry, Avery and Max had such a wonderful time yesterday--thank you so very much. We are all still walking on air a little over those baby goats. I know you see farm babies that small all the time, but for us it was very unique and heartwarming. The day that Avery and Max would like to "shadow" you is Saturday, May 3rd. Does that day work for you? Rich imagines that he'd like to start at 9am and finish around 2. What sorts of things would you all do together? Could Olivia give Avery a riding lesson on Daisy? How much would you charge? I'm going to send the Palo Alto Menlo Park Mothers' Club (a big, huge club with a big, huge e-mail list) a note about your camps. Anything special you'd like me to mention?
